Fully Enclosed Noise Barrier, also known as full-closed sound insulation tunnel, is a high-grade integral noise reduction facility different from conventional vertical and composite sound barriers. It adopts an all-round closed arched/rectangular fully enclosed structure to completely wrap the traffic or industrial noise source. Product Structure & Composition

The fully enclosed noise barrier adopts an integral frame closed system, mainly composed of hot-dip galvanized steel main frame, arched/flat top enclosure panels, side sound absorption and insulation panels, waterproof and dustproof sealing system, and wind-resistant and shock-resistant auxiliary accessories. The whole structure forms a fully closed noise insulation space with no sound leakage gap.

Main Steel Frame Structure

Adopts high-strength H-beam, square steel and channel steel as the main load-bearing structure, with overall hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating anti-corrosion treatment. The frame is scientifically calculated through structural mechanics, with strong overall rigidity, strong wind pressure resistance and seismic performance, which can bear the long-term load of the top enclosure and resist extreme natural weather impact.

Enclosed Sound Insulation Panel

The side and top panels adopt composite sound absorption and insulation integrated boards, including metal perforated sound-absorbing panels and high-density sound insulation base layers. The interior is filled with waterproof, fire-retardant and high-density sound-absorbing materials, which can absorb and isolate noise in all directions. Individual sections can be equipped with transparent PC/PMMA panels to meet partial lighting and landscape needs.

Sealing & Auxiliary System

All assembly gaps are equipped with high-elastic rubber sealing strips and waterproof adhesive strips to eliminate sound leakage points.
