Vertical Noise Barrier, also named vertical acoustic barrier, is a vertical freestanding noise reduction system assembled with steel H-posts and sound-absorbing/transparent panels. It blocks and absorbs traffic & industrial noise effectively, featuring strong wind resistance, all-weather durability and customizable appearance. Widely adopted on expressways, viaducts, railways, residential districts, schools and industrial plants.

Product Structure

The whole set consists of H-shaped steel support posts + sound barrier panels + fixing accessories (anchor bolts, rubber gaskets, brackets)

● Metal Sound Absorbing Panel Perforated galvanized/aluminum front sheet + waterproof sound-absorbing wool (glass wool/polyester fiber) + solid back sheet, double-sided sound absorption optional.

● Transparent Sound Insulation Panel High weather-resistant PC polycarbonate sheet / PMMA acrylic sheet /laminated safety glass, high light transmittance, anti-breakage.

● Mixed Composite Panel Lower metal absorption panel + upper transparent panel, balance noise reduction and landscape lighting.
