Introduction

PC transparent sound barrier, also known as polycarbonate sheet noise barrier, is composed of high-impact solid/ hollow PC board, aluminum alloy frame, galvanized steel accessories and rubber sealing strips. It features high light transmittance, strong impact resistance, weather resistance and excellent sound insulation performance, widely installed on highways, viaducts, urban roads, railway lines and residential noise reduction projects. Different from metal sound barriers, the PC transparent panel does not block the view, beautifies the road landscape while effectively isolating traffic noise.

Installation Structure

Whole set includes PC transparent panel, galvanized H-beam column, pressure plate, waterproof rubber strip, expansion bolts and anti-rust fasteners. Modular splicing structure, columns fixed on road foundation, panels inserted between two columns, sealed all gaps to prevent sound leakage. Support vertical installation, inclined installation and arc bending installation according to construction drawing.

Package & Delivery

PC boards covered with PE protective film to avoid scratch; frames packed in wooden pallet. All accessories separately packaged. Support 20GP / 40HQ container loading, DAP / DDP global delivery. Custom size and color available upon client drawing.
